Rob Soluri has over 20 years experience in the building and remodeling industry and is the third generation of his family to be involved in building and construction.
His construction business, Heritage Home Builders, traces back to his Grandfather, Philip Soluri, a legendary master brick mason who worked on prominent buildings throughout the Nation’s Capital, including the major renovation of the White House during the Truman Administration and the construction of the Pentagon.
Rob’s father, a retired engineer for the Navy Department, was instrumental in planning and design in support of the Navy’s facilities construction mission throughout the world.
While growing up in Washington, D.C., Rob started his own business at the age of 14, mowing lawns and shoveling snow for his neighbors. By the time he was 17, he had accumulated over 100 landscaping accounts and was building decks and overseeing other construction related projects. After graduating from Old Dominion University in Norfolk, VA with a Bachelor of Science degree, Rob pursued a career in sales earning Rookie of the Year and numerous Top Producer awards. The first home Rob bought was a “fixer-upper”. He continued renovating homes for himself and his growing family, eventually deciding to put his construction knowledge to work for other homeowners and investors. Rob’s award-winning custom homes have been showcased in the Annual Home Builder’s Parade of Homes.
In his spare time, Rob coaches Westlake Pop Warner Football and is happily involved in his children’s activities. He’s a natural-born teacher and is passing along to a 4th generation his expertise in the field of home building.
Rob’s companies are registered by the Texas Residential Construction Commission and he is a member of the Austin Chapter of the National Association of the Remodeling Industry.
